In a significant development for Haiti, the international community has warmly welcomed the installation of the country's new government. This milestone represents a crucial step towards enhancing inclusion, security, and paving the way for future elections in the Caribbean nation.

On Wednesday, U.S. Ambassador to Haiti, Dennis Hankins, highlighted the importance of this development. He emphasized that the establishment of the new government signifies a vital progression towards broader inclusion and security measures. "The installation of the new government is a pivotal moment for Haiti. It sets the stage for more inclusive governance, improved security, and the facilitation of future elections," stated Hankins. He also expressed his eagerness to collaborate with the new government to address the myriad challenges facing Haiti, underscoring the United States' commitment to supporting the Haitian people during this transitional period.

The United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH) also expressed its support for the new administration. Led by Special Representative Isabel Salvador, BINUH reiterated its commitment to working closely with the Haitian authorities, including the newly installed government. "We welcome the new government and reaffirm our dedication to tirelessly collaborate with Haitian officials to promote stability and progress in the country," Salvador remarked. BINUH's ongoing efforts are crucial in providing the necessary support and guidance to ensure Haiti's path towards sustainable development and governance.

The French ambassador to Haiti, Fabrice Mauriès, was present at the inauguration ceremony of the new government led by Prime Minister Garry Conille. Ambassador Mauriès conveyed France's wholehearted support and best wishes for the success of the new administration. "France stands with Haiti in this significant moment. We extend our best wishes to the new government and remain committed to supporting Haiti's journey towards prosperity," stated Mauriès.
